Hand Solder / Assembler

Requirements:
The employee shall successfully complete the IEI soldering test at an IEI acceptable skill level. The employee will also maintain proficiency in the following job related functions: knowledge of color-coding; proper component orientation and polarization; etch cutting and installation of jumpers from assembly instructions or sample; and performance of touch-up to quality standards as designated by IEI or their customers.

Education and/or Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of two years assembly experience and proficiency in component preparation.

Manufacturing Engineer

Requirements:
The employee shall identify manufacturing process, tooling and fixture requirements and implement same into the production process; assist in establishing and implementing production process changes and methods, including operator training and certification; identify required quality or productivity problems, such as ECOs and material substitutions; assist in compliance to applicable quality standards; and assist in testing area, if required.

Education and/or Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of two years Industrial Arts experience.

Requirements:
The employee shall perform the following functions and/or duties:
Purchasing of electro/mechanical products, using the Alliance MRP system, interfacing with all vendors to achieve lowest price possible and the best delivery dates, maintaining parts database for quoting purposes, and researching all options to continue to improve in the purchasing department.


Education and/or Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing-purchasing environment.
