Hand Solder / Assembler
Requirements:
The employee shall successfully complete the IEI soldering test at an IEI acceptable skill level. The employee will also maintain proficiency in the following job related functions: knowledge of color-coding; proper component orientation and polarization; etch cutting and installation of jumpers from assembly instructions or sample; and performance of touch-up to quality standards as designated by IEI or their customers.
Education and/or Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of two years assembly experience and proficiency in component preparation, including machine setup. IPC-610A and J-STD-001 a plus, read and writhe English a must, ISO 9000 and AS9100 working environment a plus, Soldering certificates a plus, SMT experience a plus.
Irvine Electronics is ITAR Compliant and candidates must be a US person.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Requirements:
The employee shall be responsible for all or some of the following: mechanical updates, bonding, PCB assembly, and any required mechanical rework. Fabrication of soft tooling, repair of manufacturing equipment.
Must be a U. S. Person.
Education and/or Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly prints, parts lists, assembly procedures, and related documentation. Must be proficient in the use of all mechanical hand tools and measurement instrumentation and experience performing operations on engine lathe and mill must have a min of 5 years of experience .

JR. MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Requirements:
Productivity tracking and plotting on a weekly bases. Creating ECO document packages for Engineering review.
Circuit Cam BOM entry for quoting purpose and creating Mfg drawings if won.
Maintains Mfg procedures from red lines from Engineering.
Pull up Data sheets to support manufacturing for the purpose Polarity verification dimensions and etc.
Maintain equipment log book for asset # and maintain and track all consumables and maintain stock, Support Engineering to up grade all mfg procedures, Collect SPC data and logs from Iona graph, Universal HSP, Universal GSM, Quad QSP, Solder paste, All ovens, Test operators, To review and turn over to quality department, Up grade master files from red lined drawings, Manage Hazardous materials and maintain list, Monitor & manage chemicals usage.
